Automatic Activation

To get started with activating your eSIM, you can choose any mobile data plan available on our website or directly through the app. Once selected, you have the option to receive a personal QR code and all necessary details either via email or displayed immediately on your screen. To activate your eSIM, simply scan the QR code or enter the details manually.

Manual Activation

1. Step-by-Step Guide for iOS Mobile Devices Data Plan Settings:

To install your mobile data plan, you will need a SM-DP+ address and an activation code. You will be able to copy them both right in the app, on the page that will pop up on your screen as soon as you purchase a data plan;

• Go to Settings in your smartphone’s main menu → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan → Enter Data Manually;

• As soon as you press the Enter Data Manually option, you will see three empty spaces on your phone screen. Filling out two of them (SM-DP+ address and activation code) is obligatory.

• Paste the codes that you copied from the app earlier and press Next → select the Add Data Plan option.

APN Configuration:

• Note that apart from the SM-DP+ address and the activation code, you are also required to enter the APN. Press on the corresponding empty space and copy the word that you can acquire from the support team; 

• Go to Settings in your smartphone’s main menu –> Mobile Data –> Select the data plan you created → Mobile Data Network;

• Enter the word you copied from the APN field in the eSIM Plus app.

Turn on Data Roaming:

• Settings → Mobile Data → Select the data plan you created → Turn on Data Roaming → Press Close.

2. Step-by-Step Guide for android Mobile Devices Data Plan Settings:

1. Open your phone's Settings app;

2. Select "Connections";

3. Tap on "SIM manager";

4. Press "Add eSIM";

5. Tap on "Scan a QR code" and in the next page press on "Enter activation code";

6. Copy the activation code from the eSIM Plus app and insert it in the corresponding field; 
7. Tap on the button "Done".
