Please navigate to the device settings -> Mobile Data and check if the eSIM is listed there. If you find the newly added eSIM (data plan) and you are located within the coverage zone of the data plan, but still can’t access the Internet, please verify the following settings for the plan in the device settings:
- Voice and Data: 2G/3G/4G; VoLTE - Off;
- Network Selection: Automatic;
- Data Roaming: On.
If you have made any changes to the data plan settings, restart the data plan. If the Internet connection does not appear, try selecting other networks in the Network Selection section of the data plan settings. Remember to restart the data plan each time after selecting a new network.
